West-central Illinois is home of world record class Whitetails. Famous bucks, such as the Bryant Buck (304 inches) & the Macomb Monster (293 inches), were shot a stones throw from many of our farms. We hunt the best land of the top producing counties: Fulton and Hancock. Licenses are acquired through a DRAW, but since 1997 we have had nearly 100% success rate. We take away the head-ache of getting tags yourself, Performance Outdoors will get your tags for you. We offer archery, limited firearm, and combination hunts. Most farms have a minimum buck size of 125” for archery and 140” for gun. Hunters arrive in camp at 3pm the day before the hunt begins and hunt through the last day. Clients depart the next morning by 9am. Hunts are either Smart Scouter, guided (GUIDED CAMP) or semi-guided (DROP CAMP). RUT dates book very early so we advise booking as soon as you have made your decision to hunt with us. Performance Outdoors will also try to accommodate for special scheduling circumstance when possible.

The “Smart Scouter” hunt is the premier Performance Outdoors guided experience allowing the client to start their hunt early by observing the Smart Scouter trail camera

guide ratio, and has very limited space.

The Performance Outdoors “Guided Camp” hunt is what we have been known for since 1997. This hunt is guided with all meals and lodging included. The “Guided Camp” hunt is without question our most requested experience.



	The “Drop Camp” hunt includes lodging but no meals and is un-guided on a day to day basis. However, Performance Outdoors has set up the “Drop Camp” farms with tree stands. These stands will not be able to be moved so clients in the Drop Camp should bring their own portables to move on observed buck movement. The farms on the ”Drop Camp” hunt are hunted every other week, thus the farms clients hunt were rested the prior week to their hunt.
	PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 20% of total hunt cost as deposit to book hunt; 20% of total hunt cost due May 1st of hunting year; 50% of balance due by July 1st of hunting year; the entire balance of the hunt is due no later than September 1st of hunting year. Performance Outdoors operates two separate counties in Illinois and several camps in Illinios. Lodging for our Illinois camps consist of farm houses around the properties. The total cost of tags for Bow Hunting IL is subject to change (price of tag + IL license + habitat stamp + Illinois processing fee) this includes a buck and a doe tag. Performance Outdoors can get these tags for clients, and we suggest that clients have us do that.
