Performance Outdoors offers full season (year long) leases in both IL and IA. Season leases are on known Prime Big Buck and turkey properties. Farms can be set up with stands and food plots if the client desires. The cost is associated per stand and per acre of food plot. Clients are supplied with detailed travel maps and aerial photos to the property. The rest is up to you for the entire year! If you want to call a property your own, hunt it a few weeks throughout the year and be the only pressure on the farm, then the Performance Outdoors season lease is for you.
